The hotel Estelou’s reception is open from 8am to 8pm. If you’re arriving after 8pm, you must warn the hotel and contact us by phone [+ 33 (0)4.66.53.11.04] or email [contact@hotelestelou.com] so we can give you instructions regarding late arrivals. Late arrivals are possible until 11pm.
Rooms are made available from 2pm. However, upon arrival you will be told at what time your room will be available. If it is ready before 2pm, we will gladly give you access to it before 2pm. If it is ready after 2pm, we will give you a bite to eat in the hotel gardens and keep your luggage, which will we then deliver directly to your room. You’ll therefore be able to enjoy the pool or go and sit down in one of the outdoor or indoor lounge areas.
Rooms must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure. You will have to stop by the reception to drop off any items we may have loaned you to enhance your stay, as well as to pay for your stay and any extras. You will be given an invoice.
If after having vacated your room, you wish to enjoy the gardens or the pool, you’ll be able to leave your luggage with us in our left-luggage office until your departure at no extra cost.
Breakfast is served from 8am (or 7.30am upon request) until 11am. You’ll be able to have it outside in the shade of an arbour or at one of the tables set up in the hotel garden. In case of poor weather, or if you choose to do so, you’ll be able to have it in the hotel’s conservatory, which benefits from air conditioning.
Breakfast is served as a generous buffer and costs €11 per person (€7.50 for children under 12). You will also be offered a menu featuring extra options.
The swimming pool is open, from may to october, every day from 10am to 8pm. To access it, you’ll have to ask reception for a towel or a bathrobe. Make sure you have flip-flops or sandals, as you’ll not be able to access the pool with your shoes.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Only those who know how to swim can access it. Children who do not know how to swim may only access the pool if they have the adequate safety equipment, under the responsibility and full supervision of an adult who knows how to swim perfectly.
You’ll be able to order fresh drinks or a light snack that we’ll serve you in the pool area.
