The following booking conditions are applicable for any booking made via the www.hotelestelou.fr (or.com) website, by phone or any other method.
A reservation number will be given with some confirmations. If you receive a reservation number, you will need to use it to honour your reservation and for any requests to cancel or change your reservation. If you do not receive a reservation number, you can provide your name and surname.
You can make a booking request on the www.hotelestelou.fr (or .com) website until the check-in date. There is no limit as to how early you make your booking, as long as we have rooms available and your stay is confirmed through the sending of a written booking confirmation including your booking number (via email or text). In the absence of written booking confirmation from us, your room is not definitively booked. Please make sure you have properly received our written confirmation.
You may also contact us by phone 04 66 53 11 04 from France or + 33 4 66 53 11 04 from any other country, as well as by email at email@example.com. If you are making a late booking for that same night, we suggest you make sure your booking has been properly confirmed by the sending of a booking number (by mail or text) before you arrive at the hotel.
The rooms are rented from 2pm until 11am the following day.
In the event of an arrival after 7pm, you must contact the hotel by phone so we can give you the hotel’s access code and information about the check-in should you need it. All bookings are secured by credit card.
Special offers and promotion packages can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion/offer/saving and is subject to availability. The only fact that a package or a special offer is published through this website doesn’t necessarily imply that they are available.
All prices are displayed in Euro (€). VAT is always included. Certain services might incur additional fees. Rates can be subject to possible changes for which the Hotel Estelou is in no case liable. A tourist tax (payable on location) is added to the price. Our rates are visible on the website and at the hotel.
We accept only VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Diners Clubs and American Express cards, among others, are therefore not accepted. The credit card serves as a guarantee for your booking. Nothing will be debited online, except in the cases outlined below.

In any other case, you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel.
Only small dogs weighting less than 10 kilos are allowed in the facility on request. If accepted, which remains at the discretion of the hotel management, the customer is required to specify to breed of his dog. An additional charge per day and a deposit for the stay are mandatory. The deposit does not limit the client’s financial responsibility that may be incurred beyond the amount paid. In absence of pet hair on the furniture and bedding components, and in the absence of degradation, the deposit is returned at the end of the stay. The customer remains responsible for damages caused by his dog beyond the amount of the deposit that does not limit its financial responsibility.
In the case of nuisance and disrespectful behavior, the hotel may terminate the customer’s stay.
If the customer underestimates the weight of his dog, the additional charge per day and the deposit requested can be doubled.
Any claim must be sent to the hotel in writing, either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by registered letter addressed to the hotel head office: 297 avenue de la Gare - 30250 Sommières, within 5 calendar days following the end of the stay the claim refers to.
Although all activities mentioned on the site were published in good faith, for reasons beyond our control, these activities and other services can sometimes be suspended or cancelled.
In accordance with the French law on data protection (Loi n°78-17 Informatique et Libertés), clients are notified that their order will be subjected to nominative data processing. The right to have access to and modify this data, as guaranteed by law, can be exercised at the hotel head office: 297 avenue de la Gare - 30250 Sommières.
For any changes to your booking (change of data, name, number of people, etc.) we ask you to please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone during opening hours at +33 4 66 53 11 04, taking care to specify your booking number. Please also refer to the terms of our cancellation policy described below.
Opening hours of the hotel reception: Mon-Fri from 8am to 7pm. Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
Under certain conditions and if you provide enough notice, reservations can be cancelled free of charge. This does not apply to some special offers, or if your confirmation specifies otherwise.
however, the issuance of a medical certificate, in the absence of cancellation insurance that accepts it, does not constitute in any case tangible or serious proof that would justify a free cancellation.
Cancelling a booking is done at your convenience, by written notice to the hotel, by fax, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the hotel’s website by using the contact form.
Your cancellation is only confirmed if you receive in writing (email or text) a cancellation number. You have to hold on to this number for your request to be processed. Without a cancellation request or cancellation request number, if you do not come to the hotel, the latter will be entitled to debit your card for the full amount of the stay.
If you have to cancel your booking, we will have to apply the following conditions:
For any stay that led to an immediate payment by credit card, the debited amount will not be reimbursed.
For any stay to be paid for directly at the hotel, (1) for any booking cancellation made after the 3rd day preceding the check-in date and (2) if you do not arrive at the hotel on the planned check-in date (no show), your credit card will be debited for the first night of the stay.
By booking a stay at the Hotel Estelou, you authorise these debits in case of cancellation, without any opportunity to contest them. Your agreement to these debits is an essential condition without which the Hotel Estelou would not have accepted your booking request.
Any stay that has been started must be paid in full to the Hotel Estelou. However, if the reason for the stay’s interruption is linked to a tangible and serious reason and that the guest has warned the hotel 48 hours in advance, the hotel reserves the option to reduce the payment due for the nights cancelled, to 1 night for any stay shorter or equal to 4 nights and to 2 nights, for a stay longer than 5 nights, with the total amount debited being no higher than the original price of the stay.
Sums debited for stays involving immediate payment will never be reimbursed.
In the case of any nuisance that might disturb other guests’ stay, the hotel, which remains sole judge, can put an end to the guest’s stay at any moment by applying the compensation rules outlined above.
The hotel has a CCTV system. This device allows to keep a record of the movement of persons within the common areas of the hotel. This is not a security or surveillance device. Customers remain responsible for surveillance and guarding of their business.
The pool is not being monitored. Users must respect the rules of procedure of the pool.
Any booking request signifies full compliance with the Hotel Estelou’s terms and conditions of sale and full acceptance of the entirety of its dispositions, without any reservation.
If one of the clauses of the present terms and conditions of sale were to be waived by a court, all the other clauses would remain applicable. In case of a dispute, only the French law and French version of the present terms and conditions of sale or any information published by the hotel apply. The courts of competent jurisdiction are those of Nîmes.
